You will receive an acknowledgment of your order which will specify an anticipated shipping date. Please review the acknowledgment for accuracy and inform us immediately of any discrepancy.
All orders are carefully inspected, wrapped, packaged and shipped so they arrive in good condition.
We use UPS and Fed Ex for most of our shipments. Please call 1-800-826-4375 with special shipping requests or services.
We are not responsible for damage to the merchandise during shipment. Inspect contents of the package thoroughly upon arrival. If there is any damage, save the carton and all packaging materials and call us. Claims for loss or damage in truck shipments must be filed by you with the delivering carrier.
We carefully pack our frames to ensure they arrive in good condition to you, our customer. Our boxing charge goes to defraying some of the costs of this extra level of care.
